Hi, I’m Joyce.

I’m a product designer based in the Bay Area. I currently lead the design team at Zip, where we’re designing the future of business. We’re here to elevate the user experience of procurement.

Previously, I was at Google, where I worked on Google Maps, Hire by Google, and the UX onboarding course for new UXers.

I am interested in designing thoughtful technologies and rich experiences that improve people's lives, create some smiles, and make the world a better place.

I love learning about how people behave and think in different ways and creating new interactions in the world, with or without technology.

Some of my passions include education, fabrication, art, technology, food systems, community development and their amalgamation.
